Site Setting Out / Engineering

WD Rees & Sons has been involved with all sizes of projects from establishing the Canary Wharf Grid some 20 years ago (and is still used today) to setting out plot corners for the construction of housing projects throughout the UK. Only the most precise equipment is used. This, combined with procedures insuring that once we leave site we know what has been set out is correct and well within any tolerances required by the client. Clients can supply digital drawings and we will construct our own setting out sketches applicable to the work required on that particular day. Developers can issue the whole site and call off plots when and where required at fixed rates. This enables the developer to know the cost for all the engineering work, prior to commencement.
